Missed Appointment Policy:
We require a minimum 24 hours notice for any missed or cancelled appointments. This allows us an opportunity to contact other patients to fill the appointment slots as we often have a waiting list. If we are not given appropriate notice, a missed appointment fee may be applied to your account.
